  • 11:30 PM: BookThingo Suzy from ARRC Organising Committee just came in with the most colourful pyjamas.
  • 11:30 PM: BookThingo Revealed: Kenyon bribed by TimTams, MaryJanice by butterscotch pudding
  • 11:30 PM: BookThingo Anna Campbell just came in. Met with cheers.
  • 11:30 PM: BookThingo There will be door bitches to guard goodies room tomorrow.
  • 11:30 PM: BookThingo Someone scored a free copy of Alexis Morgan’s new release from the S&S stall.
  • 11:31 PM: BookThingo Gold Coast library has every romance in the world. I want to live there.
  • 11:31 PM: BookThingo A well known author got up to leave: “I had a boozy lunch and I have to go to sleep.” Much cheering.
  • 11:31 PM: BookThingo Had to leave #arrc. Pimped out McKillip, Kathleen O’Reilly, Bettie Sharpe. Forgot CL Wilson…argh!
  • 11:31 PM: BookThingo Free book tally: 6
  • 11:34 PM: BookThingo Free books: Desperate Duchesses, Kenyon’s first romantic suspense, two HQNs, The Write Ingredients by Lori Foster & co., a Liz Carlyle. Plus, the goodie bag has a longish excerpt of Angel’s Blood and the second book in Kenyon’s romantic suspense. Other goodies include bookmarks, chocolates, keyrings, catalogues, a book cover, and the most useful thus far…lip balm from Samhain.
