Have you tried the Book Depository? I'm not sure if there's anywhere in the world they don't send books, but they don't charge for shipping and have prices in AUD. This is for an actual book made of paper and cardboard.

Galaxy tends to stock several editions of the Sookie series, so you may be able to find one that matches the rest of your books, if that's important to you.

For e-books, you could try Fictionwise, Books on Board, bn.com (Barnes and Noble) or ebooks.com. They'll charge in USD, but if you're in Australia, the exchange rate is absolutely incredible at the moment, it's almost dollar for dollar.

The next one is released in America in May next year, so if this year was anything to go by, we'll get the Aussie version in June. I don't think there's a title for it yet (or if there was, I couldn't find it).
Have you seen True Blood?

It's always a little weird to watch someone putting on an American accent when you know they're Australian, Kiwi or British or something and don't sound like that off-camera. But Vinnie was just one of those characters for me, it's hard to see Ryan Kwanten in a different light. He's typecast in my mind.

Ex-Aussie soap stars with American accents always yank me out of the scene. Just saw Transformers 2, and seeing Isabel Lucas was entertaining in and of itself.

Kailana, it's a good series, but not one of my pet obsessions, i.e. there is no Sookie cheat sheet :P Definitely worth a read, though.

Kat, it used to be more than a triangle, LOL. Sookie collects her share of men.

I'm not a fan of Foxtel, so I hope we get it on free-to-air. I've watched snippets of it on YouTube and I don't really like their Bill. But what's really weird is seeing Vinnie from Home and Away looking much leaner than when he worked in Australia and playing Sookie's brother.
