So I really loved that in this book there are more external conflicts. I'm less sold on the plot lines that don't seem like they intersect with the love story, but for the most part I wasn't too distracted. I'm looking forward to the next book, which has a two changelings paired together. I felt like I couldn't get a hold of these two because the focus was so much on furthering her world. I believe it's essential to read it, but yeah, I felt that their love story took too much of a backseat to the world building in this one and that disappointed me.
